About the Firm

Barducci Law Firm was created with the intent of representing and assiting clients in all their corporate law, immigration, real estate and maritime personal injury matters. The firm also assists with any issue pertaining to real estate matters in Italy as well as inheritance, dual citizenship and document authentication.

James R. Gailey has nearly thirty years experience as a trial lawyer in federal and state courts throughout Florida and the United States. In 2013 the National Institute For Trial Advocacy recognized his expertise by awarding him the Robert E. Keeton Award for outstanding contributions as a teacher of trial advocacy to lawyers in the United States and internationally.
